This Privacy Policy explains how Kerissa Calvo, REALTOR® (DRE #02133680), doing business as Calvo Luxe Group and affiliated with Fohl Realty & Investments (DRE #01275388) ("we," "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit www.calvoluxegroup.com (the "Site") or contact us through it.

Information you give us. When you fill out a form, book an appointment, sign up for listing alerts, request a home valuation or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number and mailing address

• Property details, such as the address, features, condition and your plans to buy, sell or renovate

• Your home search preferences, saved properties and alert settings

• Appointment details, such as the date, time and type of consultation

• Anything else you choose to include in a message to us

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our website platform and the tools we use may automatically collect:

• The pages you view, the links you click, how long you stay and the website that referred you

• Your general location, based on your IP address

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from public property records, the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), review platforms such as Google and Zillow, and people who refer you to us.

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described below:

• Our brokerage. Fohl Realty & Investments, our supervising brokerage, may access your information as part of real estate transactions and required recordkeeping.

• Service providers. Companies that help us run the Site and our business, such as our website host (Wix), scheduling, email, IDX home search and MLS tools, analytics and customer relationship management (CRM) software. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

• Transaction partners. When you are buying, selling or renovating, we may share information needed to complete your transaction with parties such as lenders, escrow and title companies, inspectors, appraisers, contractors, stagers, photographers and the agents representing the other side. We do this only with your knowledge, or as needed to carry out services you requested.

• Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect our rights, our clients or the public.

• Business changes. If our business is reorganized or transferred, your information may be transferred as part of that change.

Text Messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, appointments, listings and real estate updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile number or text messaging consent with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Email Communications

If you sign up for listing alerts or market updates, we will email you about those topics. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by contacting us.

Cookies and Tracking

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly, remember your preferences and help us understand how visitors use the Site. Some of these cookies are set by our website platform (Wix) and by third-party tools on the Site, such as Google Maps, review widgets, home search tools, embedded video and social media links.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you do, some parts of the Site, such as saved searches or appointment booking, may not work correctly.

California Do Not Track Disclosures

Some web browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) setting. Because there is no common industry standard for how websites should respond to these signals, the Site does not currently respond to Do Not Track signals.

California real estate licensees must keep certain transaction records for at least three years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

However, no website or email transmission is 100% secure, so please avoid sending sensitive information, such as Social Security or bank account numbers, through website forms or regular email.

• Correct or update your information

• Ask us to delete your information, unless we're required to keep it by law or for an active transaction

We will respond within a reasonable time. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on your request.

California residents. Under California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code § 1798.83), you may ask whether we have shared your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information for that purpose.
